Three grain tofu and egg stir fry recipe
Marinated tofu with rice, pearl barley and chickpeas, served with diced omelette and sweet chilli sauce.

- 3 vegetable oil or coconut oil
- tsp sesame oil
- 3 tofu, cut into cubes
- tsp dry brown rice, cooked
- 100 x 400g tin of chickpeas, drained
- g dried pearl barley, cooked
- 100 spring onions, cut thinly on an angle
- g chopped coriander
- 1 broccoli, cut into small florets
- 100 sweet chilli sauce
- g soy sauce
- 4 honey
