- 2 limes
- sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tbsp rice wine
- 3 tbsp toasted sesame oil
- 3 tbsp mint
- 3 tbsp coriander
- ½ cucumber
- 250g/9oz white cabbage
- 1 red chilli
