  • 3 dried mango powder (or serve with lemon wedges)
  • tbsp breadcrumbs
  • 20 small fistfuls of chopped fresh coriander
  • g butter, soft or melted
  • 1 red onion, finely sliced
  • tsp tortillas or thin flatbreads
  • 1 iceberg lettuce leaves
  • tsp sprinkling chopped mint leaves
  • 1 sprinkling coriander leaves
  • tsp thick Greek yoghurt
