  • 1 garlic
  • pinch dried thyme
  • small handful grated Cheddar
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 200g/7oz smoked salmon
  • 80g/3oz rocket
  • 1 tsp black sesame seeds
  • squeeze lemon juice
  • and freshly ground saltblack pepper
